A: Once you've filled in the (FREE) ONLINE REQUEST A TUTOR form, you will get a reply within 24 hours. We will then arrange a suitable tutor for the student as soon as possible with a minimum consultation service & deposit fee(RM 70) ONLY for a subject /course requested. A: Yes. You only need to pay RM 70 for our matching services and professional consultations in a year for per subject and course requested. However, If we are not able to search for a suitable tutor for you, we will reimburse the RM70 deposit and service fee. Nevertheless, we will try our best to assist, search and fulfill your request within 30 days tops.

A: Simply visit page "Request a Tutor" and fill the form to send us your request. We will contact you to assist you further.

A: Upon receiving your application, we would do an initial screening on the academic qualifications and experience of the potential tutor. If they pass the first round, they would be invited for another interview. We would then evaluate the candidate's communication skills. The quality of tutors will be assured.

A: The time is scheduled based on the availabilities of both student and tutor.

A: We have three different levels and coloured coded tutoring services. We also hire based on the qualifications and experiences of tutors. Please click here: Tuition fees to view the tuition fees. You only need to pay for the deposit (only once in a year) per subject or course, monthly tuition fees OR purchasing of IQteach.com products i.e E-books or Online courses.

A: After you make your request, we will look for the best tutor based on the student needs. We will contact you for further information.

A: We have a large database of qualified tutors all around Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore. Our tutors can go to anywhere in the country.

A: Our iQTeach Team will contact you within 24 hours upon receiving your request. Based on the information you filled in the request form, suitable tutor(s) will be recommended that tailors to your specific requirements. The details of the tuition will be discussed over Whatsapp and an email confirmation will be sent once the details are finalized.

A: Rest assured that IQteach.com will keep your information safe online as it is our top priority. All personal information will be kept confidential and securely. We will seek your approval for the use of any of your particulars.

A: Don't worry as the commission will be borne by the TUTOR ONLY. There are no additional charges on your part besides the deposit (service fee) and tuition fee. Our online request form service is FREE!

A: Kindly pay the tuition fees to the company (IQTeach) every first week of the month (FULL amount of the sessions/ monthly fee) Please Whatsapp to 017-8117787 once you make your payment so that we can verify with our tutor.

A: IQteach.com exercises due diligence to ensure that tutors’ qualifications are validated and personal details are authenticated by checking uploaded certificates and NRIC. We also conduct phone interview on many of our premium tutors to ensure that their work ethics is in line with ours and that they are able to communicate well. That said, for we do not claim that 100% of our tutors are perfect moral guardians or world class educators. We do our best to uphold the quality of tutors that we recommend. After 2 weeks of tuition, our consultant will contact you to find out the progress of tuition and your feedback about the tutor. That is how we know more about our tutors as well.

A: Yes, you have every right to request a change of tutor in the event that the assigned tutor is found to be unsuitable. However, payment for the number of tuition sessions prior to termination has to be made. If the tutor is found to have behaved with misconduct, he/she will be removed from our database of tutors entirely and we will assign you with another tutor without extra charge.

A: It is totally up to you. It can be at your house, office or hostel. You can choose the time, date and schedule of tuition as well.

A: It varies for different levels of tuition and qualifications of tutors. Please refer to our tuition rate for more information here: Tuition Fee.

A: We strongly discourage you from cancelling tuition (before the 1st lesson) after confirmation only if there is a valid reason. Otherwise, an administrative fee equivalent to a portion of the tuition fees will be charged. We seek for your understanding on this as we devote our utmost effort in looking for the best tutor based on your requirements.

A: You are free to indicate in our request form or via Whatsapp (017-8117787 / 0113-1998117) how many times per week and for how long you would like to have the tuition lesson. The minimum is 1 hour once per week only if the location is CONVENIENCE for the tutor. But in the interest of our tutors who have to travel far to your place, we apologize that we are not able to provide 1-hour tuition lessons.

A: Yes, we understand you are in for long term and we can arrange for Whatsapp interview with the tutor so that you are assured of their suitability. A paid trial lesson can be arranged upon request as well. However, we regret any physical interview with the tutor.

A: ALL TUTORS will receive 70% (Free Tutors) or 85% (Premium Tutors) MONTHLY TUTORING PAYMENT from the company with proof of service (IQTeach Attendance List).  Thus, IQTeach collect minimal commission of ONLY 30% (for Free Tutors) or 15% (for Premium Tutors) monthly from total class(es) fee(s). Our Administrative team will release contact details and further information about the client (s)  after clients have made their tutoring fee payment. Your account will be suspended, deleted and reported if you refuse to pay the commission/ breach of contract. The Administrator will email to you: Tutor's package which consists of a Tutor's Contract, Contract of Agreement, AND Attendance List for monthly tutoring claim purposes. IQTeach Team is authorized to collect the commission directly from tutors. Please adhere to the terms and conditions. 

A: We would advise you NOT to apply. The same applies if you are going through a difficult period. Tutors play an important role in students’ academic accomplishment and should only take on the duty if you are mentally and emotionally competence. We do not hope for any cases where tutors would sabotage the progress of our students. Hence, we welcomed you to apply when you are ready.

A: It will be at a location requested by the client. Usually, it is done at the client’s place or as requested by the client to be done at the tutor’s place.

A: The minimum commitment period is at least a month or 20 sessions. However, if clients do request for short-term tutoring sessions, we appreciate that you accept those request unless clients don't provide a valid reason. Thus, we will do our best to assist with those request.

A: Termination or cancellation of tuition/sessions after second class or within 2 months, the company will pay the amount of service(s) to tutors accordingly. Despite that, we will investigate seriously and thoroughly on this termination. We don't encourage clients to terminate without valid reasons.  In the case where the tutor is not fit to teach/ disciplinary problems, the company will TERMINATE your account and will be get paid 50% of the remaining fees. (Please refer to Q2) 

A: Please think carefully before you accept an assignment because we do not allow any cancellations of assignment unless you have a compelling reason. i.e. Severe chronic health issues.

A: Credibility & Professionalism is what we offer to our client. Absence for the first lesson without a valid reason will cause clients to lose faith in us. You have to produce a medical certificate if you are ill and cannot turn up. Otherwise, we will then have to terminate you as a tutor if you are often absence.

A: Please do not accept an assignment if you are unable to commit for at least 1 month.

A: Clients are not allowed to terminate a tutor before one month without a valid reason. If clients give solid reasons such as ethical and professionalism issues, the tutor will only get paid 50% of the remaining fee. However, if it is due to the clients' problems such as moving to other countries or because they cannot afford to pay for the fees, tutors will get the full amount of the monthly tuition fee. We will investigate seriously and thoroughly on this termination.

A: A confirmation email, Whatsapps, SMS will be sent with the details for the first lesson. Get ready the materials needed for the lesson and attendance list (Tutor's package). Bring your IC and relevant certificates for verification purposes. Request for the student/parent’s contact number (home and mobile) from the student/parent. Be punctual, be ethical, dress appropriately and BE RESPONSIBLE as you are representing IQTeach.com Teaching & Learning Community.

A: You need to be a citizen or a permanent resident or a valid student/employment pass holder of Malaysia. You need to be 21 years of age. Tutors who are below 20 years of age must have legal permission from parents, legal guidance, and legal counsel. You need to have a minimum academic qualification and/or good grades and/or teaching experiences in the subjects or course that you wish to teach.
